Our Story

In the hot Arizona sun, interior car temperatures can reach in excess of 185 degrees. Deb Lowe, R.N. a former wound care specialist became very concerned about the risks of placing her child in a hot car seat after her child’s leg was burned from the belt buckle. (A hot buckle can burn the human skin within seconds) Being a devoted mother she invented and developed the concept of the BabyBeeCool® Car Seat Cooler Pad in the spring of 2002. What began as a labor of love to provide a safe and comfortable traveling environment for her child soon became a successful company. Today, this same "mother of invention" is president and founder of BabyBeeCool.

BabyBeeCool promotes child safety, especially in cars. Please use the BabyBeeCool® Cooler Pad, but also ensure you have correct car seat installation and seat belts for all.
